This site is established to help promote the bands and work of Favorite Gentlemen Recordings, an independent record label and community based out of Atlanta, Ga.

Favorite Gentlemen is an independent record label that started as a simple community of friends and artists in 2006. It has since developed into a fully operational label servicing records to stores worldwide. Favorite Gentlemen is run by Andy Hull and Jeremiah Edmond of Manchester Orchestra.

Favorite Gentlemen is distributed in select record stores, as well as in large retail stores, through Sony/Red Distribution.

The name Favorite Gentlemen came from the lyrics of a song Andy Hull and Jonathan Corley wrote in middle school about Braves baseball.

Favorite Gentlemen is home to 11 bands, with styles ranging from Indie rock to Americana to Electronica, and all in between. We hope to create a strong community between our bands and our fans.
